Refund Policy
At Marine and RV Financing, we aim to provide clear and fair policies regarding refunds for our services, including consultations and booked appointments.
1. Paid Consultations
Consultation services (e.g., financing guidance, loan strategy sessions) are charged at the rate displayed during booking.
Payment is required at the time of scheduling.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if a consultation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of Marine and RV Financing, based on the time spent on preparatory work or partial delivery of services.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services or materials that have been fully delivered or completed prior to cancellation may not be eligible for refunds.
Any non-refundable items will be clearly communicated before purchase or booking.
